Hi all, ok so I'm almost there with my movable chassis stand and could do with a bit info on then engine for support, can anyone help me with a few rough dimensions please? I'm after something like this please..

Have you seen AZPete's thread regarding a chassis dolly? It has exact dimensions for frame support. Many have used this design, including myself, and AZPete did so with his engine in it, so the support points are good.
The only modification I would make after the fact now is to run a beam across the front that is wider than the body. This puts the weight squarely on the outside frame rails and makes it dead easy to get the frame on it.

I just used a car dolly, 3/4" plywood, cut down 2"x4", jack stand and a tie down. I used this on my donor (4,000 lbs) and of course it is adjustable so I will use it on my 818 also. I can also change the height if I want to. New electric Amsterdam build is using a similar set up. I got everything except the wood at HF. I can reuse the parts when I am done. It's not a one use system. 25840
