For those interested. There is now a US source for a subby diesel engine conversion option for your 818. The EE20 block has a smaller footprint than a standard 2.5. Just a option...

wish their site was a little more intuitive when it came to pricing out a complete running engine. Best i can figure is that its ~$7000 for a used Engine and ECU.
