With all the weight in the rear I wanted to incorporate a rear swat bar into my car. Looking it over I came up with the idea of mounting one to the removable body frame rail. Does anyone see any issues with this? Perhaps there is something I am over looking.

Uh, not a great idea....You would need a bigger front bar to balance the car out. The 818S during testing was neutral to loose with the front bar only. BTW the Lotus Elise/Exige have no rear bar and they handle great.

I tought of instaling a 13mm out off a 2002 wagon ts and put the 22 mm in front from a 2006 sti. Dont know if it's a good thing but i tought it be cool.

What was the diameter of the bar on the 818S? 13, 18 or 20?

I know 02 WRX has 20mm both front and R, and 02 WRX wagon has 20F/17R.
and later 03+ WRX moved to 17mm rear.
since we are using just the Rear bar for the front, so our choices are 17 or 20mm unless you go after market.
and maybe a better method is to mounted under the tranny like Boxster/Cayman, but that looks like it will be a custom swaybar. again those cars are 1000 lbs heavier.
I also know most turbo or autox miata guys take out the rear sway bars to get more contact, So I think I would trust FFR guys to do it without even their 818R doesn't have one.

Can I just ask a simple question? Why put the time, money and energy into designing, fabricating a part for the car that you have not driven, pushed hard enough to see if it needs one?

I applaud your efforts. After the science tuning the suspension becomes an R&D project. It’s definitely easier to add at this stage of the build in preperation for road test.
For years members on the ffcars GTM forum would have nothing positive to say when someone spoke of adding a rear anti-sway bar to the GTM. Now quite a few of us have added one to the rear and even Race Team PDG has added an adjustable one.

I'm not saying it's bad or good, just premature...
