I'm trying to separate the trans from the motor and its different than the 02-05 trans that you pull the pin from. Is there any secretes or is it just being stubborn. I don't want to brake something trying to sep if there's something I'm missing. Thanks

Is it still in the car? If so, make sure you're lifting the engine up out of the front crossmember while you're doing it. It will also help to support the front of the transmission a little with a floor jack. It should pull right out with a little persuasion.

Dowel pins tend to seize between motor and trans. Sometimes a chisel is required to separate them.

Do it have the slave toward the back of the bellhousing area or almost overhanging the motor?

I got it. Just seized like mechie said. I figured that's what it was just wanted to make sure. Thx. While I got you guys. I have an 05 trans I was gonna use for the kit but since I bought a 07 donor I'm thinking of using this trans (less mileage) but I already have a obx LSD for the 05. Will this unit work if I use the 05 axels. Thx

You have to convert to the earlier seals and maybe the bearing adjusters.
