as noted its a ej257 closed deck cosworth (built) engine, performance would be based an a magnitude of unknowns, you could just internet stock the "Tomcat" guy until you found out more information about his set up.

I was able to find the 2010 CS400 STi, UK limited at 75 units. Awesome engine. I'll continue digging around for the 2008.
I have found Cosworth parts, though, at http://www.rallysportdirect.com/, including a bunch of short and long blocks and other stuff. The blocks are in the 12-16k range! lollll Anyway, it's fund to dream sometimes. :)
The engine is so beautiful to look at...

For those interested in high end stuff, check out Cosworth directly http://americas.cosworth.com/products/performance-parts/
Manifs, valves, big valve heads, belts, cams, pistons, stroker kits, etc. It's all there.
No price of course. lolll

Yeah don't buy one from Vivid. There are a lot of better companies that sell them that won't screw you over.
That being said, a Cosworth long block starts at around $12k USD, If you have power goals of 600 or more whp its not a bad deal
I would say its overkill for most 818 builds though.
