25th Anniversary MK4 "Quarter Past Half Time Machine" Build: Inner Dash for brake, electri

I created this inner dash support as to hide some of the controls to avoid having the dash being to busy with knobs and do-dads and do-moms. :P

  1. Another view, still needs refinement.

  2. It got dark, but this is the protective cover. It's getting cramped in here!

  3. This is the FFMetal Firewall Forward piece. I cut it to fit the AC-Air Condition unit and am using the scrap to make the inner dash plate.

  4. Making a template from the scrap. The thickness of this aluminum will work perfect!

  5. Early stage of getting it installed. I still need to add the switches and other accessories.

  6. Scrap piece to go over the steering shaft and keep the wiring harness away and avoid it being rubbed and damage.
