Hi Guys,
anyone know a good MARYLAND shop for vehicle safety inspections that might pass my new-to-me MK3 Cobra. I purchased from a friend but in Maryland we have to re-inspect when you sell/change ownership.
Car has been registered before in Maryland and has a valid VIN and title is listed as "2004 Roadster" because in MD you have to go by the year of the build receipts.

Please help if you know a good place to start. Everywhere local has no idea how to inspect the car and say there 1000 reasons to fail it. (no bumpers, seat doesnt adjust, wipers, ect.)
