After attending the latest roadster build school, I am ready to pull the trigger on building my first Factory Five! Just one problem... I live in an apartment in Chicago and am not allowed to do so much as wash my windshield in my parking spot. I have looked for rental spaces in the area ranging from personal garages to warehouse space, and haven't found anywhere that will let me build a car, and cost less than $1000 a month.

I am looking for a space for ~$100 a month where I could build a roadster near Chicago. If anyone has any suggestions, or knows of a potential space, it would be hugely appreciated if you could let me know! I am planning a pretty straight forward donor build and hope to get the car going in ~9 months or less.
