    R&D Question on Mk 4 exhaust.

    Hello. Regarding Mk 4 Roadster: Has FFR studied the feasability of 2.5" SS exhaust through the length of the 4" rails? Any development ideas considered or abandoned and can be shared here? Any word would be appreciated.

    It is something I have wondered myself. It would probably make alot of vibrations and also, there is a 2x3" tube that passes through the back of the 4" round tube. You would also compromise some of the strength of the main rails to cut the large holes in them. Our engineer convinced me it was a bad idea.
