Replacement for Odyssey PC925 battery?

I found an old thread about replacing the FFR-recommended Odyssey PC925 battery with an Optima 9078-109 but the poster hasn’t been on the forum for a few months, so I thought I’d see what others are using in their trucks. Questions:

1) The specs for the Optima 9078-109 (roughly 10x7x7) appear to make this battery too large to fit on the stock battery shelf which is about 8x8x8. Has anyone used the Optima without modifications to the stock battery space?

2) Any other recommendations for an Odyssey replacement?

I originally ordered the Odyssey PC925 as recommended in the instruction manual. I ordered on AMAZON. When it arrived, it was a different model I started a return on Amazon, they refunded the purchase price without requiring the return. So I kept it and I am still using it. I will get the model number when I get home
