Sorry, that was long and I'm sure I missed some stuff. I don't plan on rushing through this build, and am planning on around two years. Feel free to provide some feedback, it is always welcomed.
I was the 2nd owner of a Grigio Silverstone Superformance 289 roadster, with a brown interior, it was not a polarizing color, actually blended in with most modern vehicles in my area. I suggest you take a close look at the following pictures (this from the 3rd or even 4th owner) and think long and hard before you decide to go that route:

As for Austin Martin colors, my current ERA 289 roadster "hybrid" is Austin Martin racing green, a more subtle color with black carpet, tan seats and dash. Dash I am still not 100% sold on and have toyed with a recover in black to mimic the interior of CSX2208, a car I grew up around.

Thanks for the feedback Bill....and I've since changed color choices about 3 or 4 times since that original post. And for exactly the same reason you stated. As nice of a color that Grigio is, it just doesn't pop...and sort of blends in, like you said.
Most likely it will be Porsche light oak green metallic, or Ferrari verde masoni. The Aston Martin sage green isn't off the table entirely, but it's definitely a last choice. My buddy, painted his couple Ferrari avio blue and it is absolutely stunning. Oddly enough, he found the color on a Backdraft roadster, with a brown interior. That color would look incredible, along with my 25th anniversary wheels....decisions. Luckily, I've got plenty of time.

Love both interior color choices, dark, rich, subtle. Can't wait to see what you end up with.

I encourage you to read up a bit on crimp vs solder in auto applications. My personal assessment came out on crimp. Shortly after that I saw where edwardb (Paul) posted that he was going with mostly crimp as well.
In applications where vibration exists, crimp is recommended over solder as the heat makes the conductor more brittle and subject to breaking. Paul noted that the aviation industry mandates crimp for most connections.
I had always thought that solder was better. Who knew?!
