Hi everyone. I have just placed my order for a MK5. This will be a build that I will be doing with my Dad and my Son. I have never done anything like this before so it will be a learning experience.

I also had never done anything remotely like building a car, but the learning process is just as enjoyable as the building process and there is a ton of support her on the Forum.

Thank you. I live near Owen Sound Ontario, about 2 hours North of Toronto. I am hopeful to do most on the build with my Dad and Son. We are attending the build school in June.

Nice. We bought a second home in Tara with the intention of retiring there. I'm sure our paths will cross eventually.

I received my import letter from Transport Canada! Hopefully I will be able to pick up my MK5 kit later this month. I am slowly getting my work space in order and cleaned up. Just last night I was able to pull mt 351 from an old Bronco that I have. The engine was EFI'd a few years ago with a Sniper kit, and I feel in will be good power plant of the Cobra.
