Thanks for all the comments guys! Unfortunately the sliders were secured with a nyloc on the top side and was in accessible with the seat in place. Thankfully I could get an allen wrench into the 2 front ones once the seat was slid back all the way, and one of the other rear ones actually was jammed in which prevented it from rotating
. Ended up cutting a slot in the bolt and that worked well enough to remove the nyloc the rest of the way.
