Source For Russ Thompson Pedal Grommets

Hi all,

I have been away from the forum for a while and just found out about Russ' passing a few years ago. I was wanting to find a source for the grommets he used for his pedals. The grommets he used have a square shoulder, as opposed to the typical round shoulder type. I thought I would ask here before popping one out of the pedal, measuring it and finding a source.

That's actually an insert for license plate mounting. Check the "help" section at your auto parts store.

Steno, unfortunately it is not. Those are rubber grommets. I have a bunch of the plate mounts, not the same item, but thank you!

Already did that for you! I have the same pedals and the grommets were worn/non-existing. Put them in and worked perfect. That is the correct size.....
