Raptor Bed Liner on a MK4 Roadster

I'm getting ready to coat the underside of my MK4 body with U-Pol Raptor bedliner. I've scuffed the fiberglass with 120 grit, and I'll clean it all good with acetone. Is that sufficient? The U-Pol website seems to indicate it is. They only mention the "adhesion promoter" for hard to sand places. Have any of you found the adhesion promoter is necessary?

Ditto what Jeff said. When I did mine I just used red scotch bright and cleaned with acetone. I used the tintable version tinted with grey primer.

Looks like it comes in kits of 4 or 8 quarts, is the 4 enough?

The gallon kit (which includes a Schutz gun) will do the entire underside of the body and allow you to spray a second coat in the areas above the wheels plus do the tire side of the splash panels.

Looks good. I'm using the roll on version and sticking with the black.
