Question Anyone hear of Hot Rod Brothers Customs?

Happy Thanksgiving y'all. We are all thankful for our Roadsters.

Hot Rod Brothers is building a FFR Mk4 for the Ohio show. So...maybe they are good? Anybody have any experience with them? Could they do a good job on my body and paint?

Please post anything you know about them.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

Yes, lots of us here know them. Family operation in Georgia---Dad Jason, son Jordan and a couple of "adopted brothers". They do some pretty wild over the top custom builds but unless things have changed recently they do not do body & paint.

I've spoken to them a couple of times when figuring out my own setup. Really great guys and as Jeff said, have done some crazy engine builds that are amazing. All custom so they have to have your car for design. Not a crate engine to fit type of situation. I don't believe that they do paint and body either.

Just saw them on Motortrend for the first time. They were preparing a Factory Five 35 truck for SEMA. It will be interesting to see how their entry is received. While I like the FF 35 truck, not really a custom build except the extras they do. The truck looks good and the twin turbos certainly draw attention.

That truck was shown in 2022.

Who said I was slow, I saw that the build was for SEMA and made the assumption it was for this year. Anyway, nice truck.

Jason, Jordan and Luke are fantastic people! I am fortunate enough to live about 10 minutes from the HRB shop. Jason's knowledge and expertise is unparalleled. I'm in the middle of my MK4 build and he has added a tremendous amount of value in terms of guidance and support. I am also incorporating some upgrades based on his suggestions. And yes, HRB does paint and body work and it's really good! I plan on using them to paint my car.
