Wire routing for heated seats - Coupe
Hi Folks,
Wondering if there is general consensus or preferred route for running wires to support heated seats in the coupe. Also, I'm assuming I should run a ground wire versus grounding to the chassis... thoughts?
I have located the switches on the side of each seat.
Again, thanks so much for your guidance!

I think you will find very few put heated seats in a Coupe. Unless it is cold you will hardly even need the heater. If it is sunny and slightly warm outside you will use the AC.
Roadster well that is another case, heated seats are nice.

I ordered Corbeau custom seats for my Coupe and sprung for the heated option. We don't use them a lot. But my wife especially is a fan. I ran the wires in the corner of the cockpit along the transmission tunnel and up to where I put the switches in an added center panel below the dash. The harness is under the Lizard Skin and carpeting. The harness from Corbeau and the power and ground at the switch end. Which I integrated into all the other dash wiring. These pictures are from the build when things were still kind of a mess.
