Based on the picture below; what do you think is the best way to stop oil from leaking from these two bolts?
My initial thoughts, take them out and fill them w/ gasket sealer and re-bolt?

Are those oil pan bolts? Description please. I would remove, clean threads on bolts and holes (brake clean works well) and seal with liquid Teflon or oil resistant gasket sealer. You don't want to fill holes with sealer if holes are blind the bolts will hydrolock and won't achieve proper tightness.Put any sealer on the bolt threads and I install, torque and let it sit overnight to set good.

Yes, ARP oil pan bolts specific for 302…
I’ll give that a try…
You might also want to check that your PCV house is in order and that excessive pressure is not the root cause.

Just a caution, silicone gaskets do not like carb/brake cleaner.

That is a bit odd that they are leaking in the clamp load area, unless they are bottomed out. Usually, they would leak between the bolt area. They are blind holes so there shouldn't be oil in the threads unless something else is going on.

Could've been overtightened, and crushed the gasket around the bolt.
If Brute Force doesn't work, you're not using enough of it.

Those look like studs, not bolts?
Those are blind holes; no pressure there. The oil is seeping out of the area between the block and the pan. Did you use the gasket with the steel rings to prevent over torquing?
The only sure fire fix is to replace the gasket. That's a PITA. Try removing the bolts and studs. Clean well. The use silicone in that area. You don't need to fill the hole, just the area around the stud. Then re-assemble.
