    Mike,
I am not using any of the kits gauges (I've sold them already). I am modifying the corvette IP and fabricating an IP bezel to fit in the kits dash pod. I started fabrication of the bezel this past week end.

    H,
Just trying to be like you....

Progress has been slow the last few weeks. I didn't even get in the garage this past week end. I'm heading back up to Tom's shop next weekend to continue with the major body work. I'm concentrating on the interior now working toward a complete mock-up.

Any updates on your end? Primer???

Seeing your blog makes me feel like I'm waaay behind you in build abilities especially when it comes to wiring. It's amazing all the wiring stuff you have done in there.

The body on mine is now 95% ready for primer. It should be at 100% this after noon but the body guy is having surgery tomorrow so I guess it will be delayed about a week.

    Hey Vidal,

Thought I would pop over here and commend you on a fantastic job building your GTM. The upgrades you are doing to your interior are wild!! I wouldn't even think of attempting the stuff you are doing. There are some pretty special builds coming down the line. It's exciting to see how each individual pushes the limits and creates these fantastic machines. Look forward to seeing your GTM when it's finished.

    Have Fun!

    Brian

    Mike,
I did have to remove the rivets going into the body, but I was able to leave the rivets that are riveted into the frame. It did take longer than I expected to install with the body on but it was very straight forward and the brackets work perfectly. Thanks, I'm ready to move on to the front now.

I have to agree. You're doing some amazing, and ground breaking work.

Your car will certainly be one that raises the benchmark for future GTM builds.

    Take care my friend.

The diffuser is looking good! Where are the photos for the reverse lights? I'm curious to see how they are positioned/look.

Thanks Gents. I wanted to all red taillights and the initial plan was to modify the body just outside of the diffuser to house the lights.
