    Shifter Location - T5 w/ S10 Tail - Picture Request

    Dear Members,
Does anyone have a picture of either: completed Roadster or a car in the go cart stage using a T5 with the S10 Tail Housing?

I'm trying to see where the shifter location ends up in the finished car...

    Thanks in advance!!!

This might help, the shifter ends up in the same place as a TKO with a mid shift kit.

    Chuckster,
Did you have a picture of it install in the car?

If I remember right, the S10 position is exactly 8" forward of the Fox Mustang position...

From my 3144 rebuild. The 3/4" frame tubes might have to be relocated...

That looks about the same as how RyanH's came out, I forget his frame number now but it was an early Mark IV. We did the S10 swap on his T5. Just saw this shifter from American Powertrain on the other forum and was wondering if it would fit in the tunnel, but it looks like it should, might be a little taller than the S-10 shifter position though.T5-s10-offset-shifter.jpeg
