I don't have any experience with this particular one but in reading the description and what pictures are available.

1) It appears from the picture that it is for an ECU (engine management computer) based fuel injection system.
2) There are no fuel injectors included.
3) There is only an air bleed bypass for adjusting idle. So no IAC (idle air control module for ECU to control idle).

If you only raced it and adjusted your idle for different race tracks at different elevations maybe a fun choice.

They have similar setups that have the IAC incorporated.

Maybe I just miss read the pictures and Ebay description.
