Question Looking for Holley carb tuning tutorial

I am struggling with getting my new 750 Ultra DP carb tuned, have you seen a tutorial or primer on carb tuning, hopefully specific to the Ultra or 4150 series of 4 barrels?

Did your carb include the Holley dvd? It has quite a bit of information on installation, maintenance and tuning. Should have been one in the box with the carb.

What is the carb installed on? No amount of tuning is going to help a 750 Double Pumper if it is sitting on top of a stock or mild 302. That's way too much carburetion...

Basically the floats need to be level and the mixture screws out about a turn and a half to start. You can then adjust the mixture screws in or out to achieve peak idle. That being said there is a possibility it's too much carb or you could have ignition or timing problems.
