I then installed the Breeze Kool Mat pieces on the tunnel and cover. I also put an additional layer of sound deadening material on the under side of the cover. Again just in case things kit up in there it should muffle the sound (I didn't get a pick of that bit).
I drilled and tapped holes to keep the cover in place once covered and carpet is installed. Another note for the next photo - I also installed the parking brake handle, ran the cables, and connected them to the handle. I still need to take the wheels off and connect them to the rear brakes.
I'm debating on if I'll have the tunnel cover - covered by the interior shop that did my dash and seats or if I'll attempt to cut some foam for a pad and do it myself.
The final bit of - just keep moving on what you can - tasks I started to put in the carpet. Just 3 pieces so far but they seemed to go pretty well.
