I just took the car out for a short ride and noticed a definite wobble in the front today. I immediately suspected the spinners and pulled them off. wobble gone. The centers do not fit over the dust cap. Should they be?

I'm using 1991 Lincoln Mark VII hubs for the 5 lug conversion.
