Question Oil TEMPERATURE Sender Location for SpeedHut Gauge on Coyote

Hi - I've installed the Oil PRESSURE sender for my SpeedHut gauge pack, using the tee-method described in the Coyote Fitment manual. There is no mention of the Oil TEMPERATURE connection point. Question for folks: is preferred location one of the available oil bungs on the Moroso oil pan, or, would it be on what seems to be an available bung on the oil filter manifold (center of following picture, it takes an H10 allen key)?

    Suggestions?

    Thanks!

My preference is to measure in the sump.

I just retested and notice that there is a MEGOHM reading between each terminal and the shell, there was no reading on the VOM between 3 connector pins and shell.

Sump but I've also measured on the return line from the cooler. I believe that the sump provides the temps closest to bearing temps. The return line shows what is being fed to the bearings.

My current build plan is one gauge, two senders and measure in the sump and return lines, changing with a switch.
