Good to know, thank you. Pictures? Not sure what a GT500 finned cover looks like. Where on the cover would it have made contact?

Too close across the top.
Dropped 2" right now and am 2" away from the box. once sitting down on wheels it'll be scary close and under compression I am sure will hit.
To Richs point I'm going to revisit trimming the fins.
