Coyote Gen 3 Touching Drivers Side Footbox - Suggestions?

Hi - My first build and we just finished installing the Gen 3 Coyote with Tremec TKX. I installed the motor mount spacers, both sides, per instructions. The transmission looks to be lined-up (by eye) with the rear diff. About 1" clearance between the valve/ignition cover and the passenger side footbox. But on the drivers side, the valve / ignition cover is touching the footbox. The one header pipe is 1/4" away from the corner of the footbox, at most. Normal?

I put level on the underside of the oil pan, and compared it to the main 4" tube running across the engine bay. It seems that the right bank (PS) is slightly higher than the left bank. Again, not sure if this normal or not, but I would think you would want everything level.

Any suggestions or advice?

Update: I loosened the motor mount nuts and levelled the motor 'gently' with a jack, while also supporting the transmission at the to-be-installed height. I was able to get the right motor mount to sit a little lower in the craddle, and this levelled out the motor right bank to left bank. This added maybe an 1/8 to 3/16" clearance on the drivers side. So, I'm feeling a little bit better. Moving on!

ok be honest, how was putting on the headers? I'm really dreading that part!

also did the motor mount, pry bar tweak just to remove contact on drivers side footbox. Headers on drivers side were tight. Made an access hole/panel on footbox to access header bolt. Was still a PITA. Good luck, and much patience.

Toadster, with my Gen 3 and TKX, took me and a buddy about 20 mins to get the engine under the rails. Passenger side headers went on in about 10 minutes, driver side headers took about an hour. That side was a huge PITA!

The FFR YouTube video that demonstrates the installation of the Coyote engine is a bit misleading because the the headers are on and the steering shaft is still in place. Not sure how they managed that. I wasted time removing the reservoirs, then the steering shaft, and then bending the front brake line down so the alternate would clear. Admittedly, things would have been smoother if I had taken the alternator off first. Passenger side header not too bad. Drivers side... more patience needed. It's helpful if you have the car high-up on jack stands so that you can crawl underneath and torque the bolts from different angles.
