Triple brake reservoir with brake booster placement - ideas?

I'm eyeballing my Jamar triple reservoir mount

some things I've learned from reading on here

1. don't mount beyond 19" back from the radiator bar
2. mount the reservoirs above the inlets of the intake for the master cylinder (not sure if applicable for PB?)
3. mount with the lids below the rail
4. make it re-movable because it will need to move to drop in the Coyote
5. the reservoirs should be level, not mounted at a tilt to keep levels equal

I made a simple bracket with 2" aluminum

I plan on attaching another piece of aluminum to the existing bracket and fasten with 3/16" rivets - this should pull the unit out another 1/8" from the rail
the interference with the power unit is my biggest issue, running lines from the reservoirs to the master cylinder will take a loop for sure

thoughts? ideas? photos?

also what parts do I need to replace the white plastic parts on the bendix master with some brass adapters?

aside from 'I should have gotten a hydroboost setup, any ideas?

Where is the interference? It looks a little cramped to me but based on your photos I'm not seeing anything that's unsolvable. Just off the top of my head, if you used 90 degree fittings out of the bottom of the reservoirs and pointed them forward, and then also rotated the fittings on the master cylinder so they point forward you should be able to run a simple u-shaped loop from the reservoirs to the master cylinder ports. Summit Racing should have those 90 degree NPT to hose barb fittings in brass.

Those are really nice looking reservoirs!! I have the earlier CNC triples that were popular, look about the same size. Some comments for you:

1) don't mount beyond 19" back from the radiator bar ( I think you mean mount AT LEAST 19" from the radiator bar...mine are 23" back....19" back will clear the gas springs when the hood is down.)
2) mount the reservoirs above the inlets of the intake for the master cylinder (not sure if applicable for PB?) ( This makes it easier to bleed the master cylinder but doesn't matter after it's bled....the Master Cylinders will suck fluid when the need it, gravity feed is not required.)
3) mount with the lids below the rail ( YES...this provides enough clearance for the Hood when it's closed...mine are about 75% below the top surface of the rail and don't touch)
4) make it re-movable because it will need to move to drop in the Coyote ( That aluminum is thick enough to tap holes instead of using nuts on the back...or install some RivNuts in the aluminum so you don't have to mess with getting a wrench on the nuts)
5) the reservoirs should be level, not mounted at a tilt to keep levels equal (The fluid being level doesn't matter at all, it just affects how low the fluid can go before it uncovers the outlet fitting.....just line it up with the frame tubing so it is parallel, good enough)

I have the Wilwood pedal box no power assist so I can't comment on the fittings you need, but I'm certain McMaster Carr has those fittings in brass or nickel plated brass or possibly stainless. Make sure to buy "BRAKE FLUID" rated hose which is usually "EPDM" rubber not BUNA N like fuel lines, Wilwood sells a nice quality hose, probably available from Summit Racing too.

the 90deg fittings, 1/8" NPT to hose barb are under $10/ea so that would keep things tucked nicely. They'll be pretty short loops for sure! I may move the tops around so the clutch feed doesn't interfere with the brake feeds.

Thanks! Nice setup! yes, at least 19" back from the rad support - I wasn't clear...

I may use some decent rivnuts with blue loctite to mount - I'll need a 2nd plate behind the one I have mounted to drop the reservoirs a little to keep them below the rail.
pretty sure I have some EPDM hose from the brake kit - just need to make sure I get the right NPT to hose barb fitting sizes to accommodate the tube size

In case it's helpful, here's how I mounted my CNC triple reservoir. I had the bracket powder coated and I'm now having the reservoirs engraved, and it'll all be ready to install and get my brakes bled.

awesome - nice design! mine won't use the angle piece, but that's slick!

I have the same reservoir and I could not come with any ideas on how to mount it in front of the master cylinder due to its size. I just bought one from Mike Forte that is 2.5 inches less wide. Once I get it in and installed, I'll update you on it. I currently have my reservoir mounted on the drivers footbox, but the brake hoses are too close to the headers. So close in fact, I was boiling brake fluid. I didn't want to put it on the firewall since I was afraid that it would interfere with my throttle linkage. Long story short, the Jamar reservoir doesn't fit in a roadster with the whitby power brake set up.
