Power steering donor prep

I plan on running the power steering from my 2002 donor 4.6, and the manual states that the power steering pump has to be relocated with a non ac bracket to clear the steering shaft. Is this applicable to my late model donor engine or just to the older donors? If so, anyone know a part number for the correct bracket?
