Ok....this is awesome! (In the sense of finally getting clarification).
I called the Vehicle Branding Work Office (Virginia). The way that they make you pay sales tax is that you’ll have to tally all of your receipts and for the receipts that you turn in that you HAVE NOT been taxes one, they’ll levy a 4.15% sales tax

To my fellow virginians...the value of these phone numbers made available is incalculable.
You cannot easily find these numbers and if you call the regular VA DMV phone line after about let’s say uhmm 9am.....*puh* you will not be able to talk to a live person and you’ll be lucky if the call doesn’t drop because all the lines are busy.
