Biography:
I joined the Forum in December of 2016. I had been researching the FFR 33' for about six months before I decided to pull the trigger on my order on January 26th of 2017. My 33' arrived from FFR via Stewart Transport 3.29.17. My build took me approximately three years to complete. It was my first build of any kind so I structured it as best I could to be successful. I went with a Crate 302 engine from Engine Factory along with an AOD transmission from Monster. I built the car up, dropped the Engine and Trans in and go-carted the vehicle. At that point I had approximately 1600 hours into the build and I handed it over to 121 Rod & Restoration to do the final mods, prep the body for paint and paint the vehicle. They put an additional 900 hours into the car. The interior was completed by Leo's Upholstery. In November of 2019, the vehicle was completed. In February of 2020, I took 2nd place in my class (and first show) at the 2020 Dallas Autorama. In March of 2020, Busted Knuckle Magazine reached out to me wanting to feature the car on the cover. I set up a photo shoot in front the Dallas Cowboys Training Facility in Frisco, Texas and the vehicle was then featured on the cover in May of 2020. Currently, (May 2020) the vehicle has 2000+ miles on it and is running great
