- I started modifying my cars the day I got them. First it was car stereos, then later when I bought my first Jeep, I completely redid the suspension, I would buy and sell 3 Jeeps and 3 trucks over the years with fully handpicked suspensions and accessories installed by me, later I would rebuild from the ground up a custom fabricated Bronco Solid Axle and suspension, then just 2 years ago I built and forged a 2.0 Turbocharged Cobalt completely alone and made 472whp tuned by Gwatney Chevrolet in Arkansas. I hold the record for the most horsepower in an Ecotec using the 20G turbo. I am ready to build a car. I should have done it years ago. I spent 10's of thousands of dollars over the years and at 35 I find myself wanting a hotrod. I have a full on shop in my garage and my wife of 12 years knows I am nuts about cars. This is just the right time for me to play with the big boys. I am going to take my time in planning and reading the forums to get the right amount of knowledge before I begin.
