Engine build update

My engine almost done, still missing some parts or have the parts but it doesn't fir and I need to exchange it.
I really enjoying this engine build experience and my buddy suggested that get a used T5 transmission and rebuild it. Which sounds like great idea to me, in that case, every single bolt in the car will be tuned by me:) and I'm sure I will learn a lot about manual transmissions.
So while I'm shopping for the transmission, here are some pictures of the engine that comes together nicely.

Ford racing F cam, timing gear and cylinder heads, with new Trick Flow springs set installed.

Timing cover, high flow water pump and brackets installed. Alternator bracket will be replaced, due to set up issue with power steering pump bracket.

    Did you end up going with a T5 to rebuild?
    Im in the process of rebuilding both my engine and T5.
    If you do, get the T-5 manual from Tremec online, and you can also buy some pretty cool videos as well.
    Im going with Astro Performances reinforced gear set. It will make the T5 much stronger.
    Love the engine color bro.

    Thank you. I'm planning to paint the car black with red stripes. So this color engine with same color valve covers should look good.
    But that might change, like everything else during the build. I found T5 transmission WC, in perfect condition with 17K miles on it. So decided to clean it and paint it for now. Maybe couple years later I will pull it out and rebuild it with stronger parts.
    Thank you for the information, also I have PDF file how to rebuild transmission, let me know if you want and I can send it to you. What rebuild kit did you get, Ford Racing or something even stronger?

    I almost went black with red as well. Killer combo. Sounds like the T5 WC will be fine for a few years of abuse.
    For my T5 I went with Astro Perf's A5 gear combo. And I bought the ford racing master rebuild kit along with a cluster support plate.
    After all said and done I could have put up another 500.00 bucks and gone with a TKO--500.
    But I wanted to really rebuild everything myself. There are vendors here that sell the A5 kit. Really nice gears.
