Coupe Rear Alum floor panel ?

Ok , what's the trick to getting out the trunk / hatch floor panel w/o getting the powder coat or bending the alum. too much ?

    I bent mine, although the floor piece was not PC'd, just the sides. Another option, which I wish I had done, was to cut the floor into two pieces and adding storage beneath it.
    You might also get more response if you posed this as a topic in the forum, rather than a blog post.
