Well, I've done it! Orderd a MKIV complete kit. devivery est. 3-3-12. Going street version, undercar exhaust w/electric cut-outs, no scoop, quick install roll bar, for the occasional track romp! :cool: Tonnaeu & soft top. No stripes, old english white, just like the 66/427 side oiler I got to play in back in high school. Never got over that car! No side oiler though:( just don't have the cash! Will most likely go with the new Ford Racing 363cid short block with AFR 205 heads, carburator; and other mods. Hopefully I wiil get the old "Double Nickel" 500+HP/500+lbTQ. Or go with the 306cid 340HP/350TQ. (high-low decision:confused:) Either way; going with a TKO 600 1st 2.87/5th 0.82. The rear end will be the FFR 8.8/331.1 w/31 spline, 3 link set up. Plus other assorted mods not listed:D Starting to plan & set work area up; very small but will be enough. Doing body work & paint. Hey! If the natives are right; 12-21-2012 it all ends anyway! So,:rolleyes: no time like the present! Needless to say, I will be scouring the forums for advice from all of your efforts on your projects. It is so cool to have this many hotrodders ready to help!
