Hankl , spoke with you a while ago. Ordered a Complete Coupe Kit Monday ! Looking for advise , suggestions and thoughts on 302 based engine or 351. I have been looking at 302 stokers crates in the low 400Hp / torque and some 351 based stokers 393 and 408 for my coupe. Plan on a TKO trans. I understand hood clearance issues with 351 and tighter install. Several 302 based crates are in the 405 to 415 hp.
Looking for advised and exp. on either of these 2 engines for my coupe.

I understand every carb and man. on the 351 will change the height problem. Just wondering is this 2 or 3 inches needed or just how far off is it.

Any thoughts or suggestions ?
