After much planning, plotting, and reading I finally went with the Vortech V3-SCi kit. It was their lowest cost system @ $1800 delivered. My reasons for the choice were Vortech's great history of quality products, price, no oil lines needed, and the power increase stories around the new SCi and Si blowers. My first task was the tear down and moving the alternator to the drivers side.

It's a 30 to 45 minute drive depending on the choice of 5 routes I take that day.

Law enforcement had a huge presence on the mountain this year and it was a speed limit, 35MPH, drive on the Dragon. Safer - sure, as much fun - probably not for me.

We met at Hooters early in the morning and then caravaned over to the speedway. My dad and I met some great people and saw way to many cars. If you ever get the chance to go, the Autofair is outrageous in it's scale and scope.
