My name is Rick and I'm new to FFR family and the forum. I've read all the great ideas and locations, the more I read the more I want to put my two cents in! So here goes... I recently moved to Bristol, TN., home of the Bristol Motor Speedway, which houses both circle track & drag strip facilities with plenty of parking, RV & camping setups, plenty of hotels/motels of all price ranges, restaurants, night spots, cruising locations, etc. Access is easy being 15 - 20 minutes from I-81 interstate. Bristol is central to any/all states from MD to FL. Bristol is small, but within an hour or so of five surrounding states. BMS staff and local authorities are use to handling crowds and the extra traffic. All in all, Bristol sounds like it answers to virtually all the concerns brought up on this thread.
