The plastic ring around the throttle cable is still in tact. The... I have a 2005 Shelby Cobra and the throttle cable has broken free of the gas peddle. The plastic ring around the throttle cable is still in tact. The gas peddle where the cable would connect to has bent and the if I try and put cable back in the hole it slides out. I'm assuming I may need to buy a new throttle cable and gas peddle to get everything working correctly.
