I am curious to find out about other Canadian experience with FFR. I purchased 3 cars from FFR - in April of last year - a 33 Hot Rod, a Mk4 and a Coupe. We are still waiting for parts and can't seem to get any response from FFR. Is this a common occurence? Comments please!
So in my last installment you have all your drilled panels powdercoated and set off to the side. On the front suspension hopefully you picked up the FFR Mk IV spindles as you get a much better front geometry without the jacking of the SN95/spindle adapter. Take the center sleeves out of the urethane bushings and grease them up well and put them back in the urethane. Bolt the lower ams in the chassis but do not fully tighten them, we'll do that later. Hi, I've read other Florida Member's description of their experiences getting title and tag for Factory Fives and have to say Sarasota must be on another planet altogether. Local tax office sent me to the Regional DMV Office where I submitted two copies of four pages of filled out documents and all reciepts and photos and paid a $40 inspection fee.
