I just spent two days working on aluminum panels. Every piece came out really nice and the best part is- I didn't cut my fingers even once. It's been a while since my last update. I been working on rear end, but can't finish it, because I'm waiting on coilovers that I ordered from Vintage Performance Motorcars. Fuel tank is on hold also. Received wrong straps for it and now waiting for the new ones. Once it's done I will post pictures. Today all day (vacation day:)) worked on aluminum panels. Passenger side almost done and it looks pretty good. I'm being picky about rivets placement, even I know it will be covered with carpet:) ...
My Coupe is due in December. I am looking for input on going with a 302 based engine or 351w in the Coupe. Pros and Cons welcome. I understand there is a hood clearance issue on the 351 but by how much and what intakes resolve this ? The plan is for 400hp and need input on the T5 , will it thake 400 ft. tq.?? or should I go TKO ? Again any help would be great !

We had another productive day yesterday. Finished the final engine wiring connections, finished the temporary gauge panel, tested the circuits, filled the engine with oil and primed it, hooked up the battery and spun it over with the starter! It's showing signs of life. Now to put coolant in it and see if it leaks, add fuel and start it up. We did find that the Odyssey battery only had a charge of 11.6 volts (about 25% according to the owner's manual) and it did not want to take ...
