Well, I've done it! Orderd a MKIV complete kit. devivery est. 3-3-12. Going street version, undercar exhaust w/electric cut-outs, no scoop, quick install roll bar, for the occasional track romp! :cool: Tonnaeu & soft top. No stripes, old english white, just like the 66/427 side oiler I got to play in back in high school. Never got over that car! No side oiler though:( just don't have the cash! Last week received fuel fittings and was able to finish fuel related items all the way from fuel tank to engine bay. Here is fuel tank with 200+ lph in tank fuel pump, 50+ gph fuel filter with 5/16" supply and 1/4" return lines. I am drilling away on my panels. I am down to just the trunk area. Next I am planning my attack on running brake lines and fuel lines. I ordered a 3 cylinder cnc reservoir setup from Fortes and am still debating upgrading the stock gas tank to a Boyds tank. My tank has some fitment issues. We did the 1st startup of #99 today and I'm a happy camper. It was almost anti-climactic as we primed the fuel system (old school carbadrooler) with a primer bulb from an outbooard motor fuel tank, fixed a couple of minor leaks, gave it a couple of good accelerator pump shots, and she fired right off. The Wheeler Power 347 sounds pretty stout (dyno'd @ 425HP/430lbs-ft @ 5000rpm. I think this thing is going to be scary fast. No gokarting as the brakes weren't quite ...
