Every so often I take a break from my work and studies to get my hands dirty working on some part of the ol’Mark I. It gives my brain a change of pace. Been in the shop this past weekend working on the ol’Mark I. I ordered more tires for the rear – they do seem to wear a lot faster than the front! Three members of the recently formed Ocean State Cobras recently met for breakfast and the Tasca Show in Cranston, RI. The weather was beautiful and so was the cars. The pictures shows an MKI (blue-Dave), MKII (silver-Chris) and an MKII (Phil-Black). This thing is spotless and looks so much better than a brand new unit. The turnaround was of no fault of their own as I had requested upgraded bearings which took a while to get. The unit started out as a stock VF48 from the new style STi with about 50k miles on it. ...
