Hello, I'm still in the planning stages for my Roadster build. I know some of the requirements for the State of Michigan Registration (Working differential, Lights (head, tail, turn signals), safety glass windshield, tires with a minimum tread, and seat belts). What I am not sure about is things like: 1) Bumpers: Do I need the complete bumper, over-riders, or get by with the lift brackets? 2) Wipers: Do I need them ? 3) Window washers: Do I need them? ...
