2/16/2011 I've decided to deviate from what seems to be the norm and NOT get too detailed about my build. Especially the non-custom parts. There are a ton of build journals out there that go into fine detail about installing each bolt of the footbox, etc and I dont think we need more of that. I certainly dont want to do it. 9-20-2010 Much to the relief of my neighbors, I called a wrecking yard and had them come get my donor. We dont have a HOA so there was nothing they could do about it sitting in my driveway other than give me the stink eye. However, my neighbors were all pretty cool with it being there once they heard what I was building. A lot of car guys live around me apparently. Well, once again I took the summer off from the build. Just too hot. Also I had some money constraints..European vacations and legal bills can do that :-) Things Settled down eventually and I got back to work. The weather was still a little hot until just recently.
