I was searching craigslist for other stuff when I came upon an add for this IRS package for $400. Its from a '91 5.0L T-bird. Anyways, I ran out and picked it up. It saves me a day or so at the pick-a-part crawling around in the dirt.

After a coulple hours work:

Ill let the diff sit like that overnight to get most of the gear oil out. It has a 3.08 gear set in it with Traction-Lok. People are telling me I will probobly want a lower gearset in it. Im gonna wait and see what I find in the back end of the Mustang maybe Ill switch them.
