I'd like to take the time to thank a few people that made the transaxle acquisition painless, and flawless.
Driving from Toronto to meet a delivery in Buffalo isn't the easiest task to co-ordinate. Dan at Con-Way Freight, and his driver
were able to contact me, and arrange the exchange within the hour. They are able to track, and contact their drivers unlike
some companies I've dealt with. Their services are highly recommended.
My buddy Johnny Misso from Extreme Drum and Guitar centre was nice enough to provide the drop-off address, and take some
time from his busy teaching schedule to help out. No questions asked. If you live in the Clarence NY area, and have a family
member wanting musical instruction, give Johnny a call. He is super nice, and has a wealth of musical education, and talent.
Last but not least, Erik at Gbox! Doing business over the phone from across the country, with a total stranger could not have
been more pleasing. Erik stayed on top of the communication via e-mail, and phone. I was never in the dark about the
progress, or deadline dates. He responded to my messages within the business day. He also helped to co-ordinate the delivery
to arrive on a specific date to work with my schedule. The transaxle was well packaged, and arrived safely.
