I'm going to keep a record of work done each day, costs, issues, etc. for those wanting to compare build expenses and learn about the experience in general. Maybe someone will be able to point out some errors by reading my progress, so it's a two-way street.

- Sorted parts and organized onto shelf
- Corrected alignment issue with temporary solution
- Attempted steering column wiring; could not find mating harness

Friday Sept. 2
- Mounted rear light assemblies
- Sorted parts to car location
- Numerically sorted aluminum sheets
- Mounted e-brake and ran cables

Sunday Sept. 4
- Sorted steering column wires
- wired parking, low and high beam relays
Build Time - 90 minutes
Thursday Sept. 8
- removed shell from roll cage for dash wiring access
- routed ignition wires to console
- began drilling brake switch and mounting bracket
Build Time - 90 minutes
Friday Sept. 16
- Assembled washers, nut and tightened e-brake bolts
- Dilled pilot holes for brake switch
- Inserted riv-nuts for brake bracket
- Sorted light fixtures, and loose bolts on storage rack

- Pulled all pre-run wiring and re-installed by grouping similar sections of wires.

- Organzied tunnel wires and connected instrument panel

- Sorted wires for turn stalk.
- Connected left turn signal and DRL
- Tested flasher unit with turn signal

- Connected front and rear L/R turn signals
- Determined Hazard and Fog Lamp are wrong switches

- Soldered turn stalk wires

- Completed and tested all steering column functions & lights
- Installed and tested horn

- Fabricated temporary ignition switch panel
- Soldered four buss bars

- Wire buss bars at IGN panel and instrument panel

Mon, Sept 3rd - 7th
- Modified engine block for bracket mounting
- Cut inner left front tie-rod
- Cleaned, and primed brake calipers
- Mounted tensioner, and alternator
Build Time - 6 hours
Sat., Sept 15th
- Prepared the car, and garage for engine install
- lowered, and test fit engine for mounts into the car
- removed water pump
Build Time - 2 hours
Sun., Sept 16th
- Painted engine bay panels
- 1st coat on calipers (yellow paint)
- Modified engine block for right side mount
- Installed engine
- Installed flywheel, and clutch
- Prep transaxle
Build Time - 6 hours

- Final paint coat on caliper brackets
- Measured axle lengths, and clearance
