Just search up "exhaust flame". There's tons of kits out there. Might be how they achieved it????
Beware - its also a Felony in some places.

WOW that is awesome.. I think there is some flammable fluid (http://www.allvehicleaccessories.com.au/) already on the road which wet that area of road where they are doing this. And when the tire rub the road the make some flames which lead to this fire.. But great stunt.. I like that. Thanks for sharing.
