So I dropped the body back on for the first time in about 5 months since I got the kit.

The back and front line up fine, but the screws underneath are now about 1/2 of an inch off. See photo.

Ay ideas?

The holes that FF put on to ship the body do not necessarily prescribe where the side panels under the doors should be mounted when completed. You'll end up adjusting the sides to align the doors properly anyway, so my advice is to not worry about whether the holes you are referencing are off at this point.

I found that the body had changed shape a little on the body buck sitting out in the sun. It also fit on the frame different with the weather stripping and bulb seal in place. I wouldn't worry about it or do any other panel fitting until everything else is in place.

So here's the continuation of my question (or why I asked in the beginning), should I hold off cutting my roll bar holes until way later in the build?

Here's why:

I have a custom made roll bar- It is the Breeze SS but with longer front tubes. My front tubes are symmetrical - both tubes in front are bent the same way as apposed to the ones that are bent to utilize the pre-cut roll bar holes from F5.

My RB holes have not been cut.

I am modifying the rear bulk head so that my forward roll bar tubes are exposed.

I was planning to cut the RB holes now, so that I could more accurately see what I am doing when mocking up the new rear bulk head behind the seats.

I guess I could use the mock up roll bar front struts I made out of plastic pipe, however the other thing I was working to accomplish was to confirm that I could get the new custom roll bar installed since it has the longer struts. I made a mock up template out of plywood and was able to experiment enough that I don't think I will have an issue, however I would like to know for certain sooner rather than later.

Thanks for any additional feedback.
